Intellectual Property (IP) Claim / Notice

finchmotor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure below.

How to Submit an IP Claim

To report an alleged infringement, please provide the following information in writing:

Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact information (email, phone number, and address).
A detailed description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) of the content on our website that you believe infringes your rights.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and Response

Upon receiving a valid IP claim, finchmotor will review the report promptly and take appropriate action. This may include removing the allegedly infringing content or disabling access to it. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice, including:

Your full name, address, and email.
A description of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, finchmotor may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within a specified period.
