Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been processed or shipped.

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the Return & Refund Policy applies.

Order Changes

• Changes to the order (such as size, color, or shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Contact our support team at kpathanh@finchmotor.com with your order details for any modifications.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. In that case, please follow the Return & Refund Policy to exchange the item after delivery.
